One worker record, synced everywhere.End manual data entry.
The Problem
Organizations maintain employee data across their HRIS, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and internal databases. When an employee gets married and changes their last name, or gets promoted to a new title, updating that across every system is tedious and error-prone.
Smarter organizations handle this through scripts, but those scripts lack visibility and are often scattered across departments, slowly becoming out-of-date.

Workflow-Directed Sync
Data synchronization in Klef isn't a simple point-to-point mapping. It's dictated by workflows that represent the state of an entity in a system at a given point in the worker's lifecycle (pre-start, active, leave, terminated, etc.). Field values can be mapped between systems, derived from a script, or pulled from a lookup table.
- Ensures data is only synced when explicit conditions are met.
- Provides a visual, easy-to-understand map of how data moves between your systems.
Auditable Execution with Plans
Automated syncs without visibility into what's being changed can be catastrophic. Klef mitigates this risk with its plans. Every workflow run produces a plan of all changes that will be applied downstream (to the field-level). These plans can be reviewed manually for testing or debugging, or automatically committed depending on your workflow configuration.
- Catches catastrophic data errors before they reach downstream systems.
- Provides a dry-run option for all workflows.
- Builds trust that the data is good data.
