Information we collect
When you use Klef we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, and workspace details, along with usage data about how you interact with the product.
Worker data
Klef keeps worker records in sync across the systems you connect, so we store the worker data those systems hold, such as legal and preferred names, work contact details, job and organizational details, and the accounts each worker holds. We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other similarly sensitive personal information about your workers.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site and product are used so we can improve them. In regions where consent is required, analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve Klef, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
